Lori B. Torres is the visionary founder and CEO of MixxedFit®, a dynamic fitness program that blends explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning. Established in 2013, MixxedFit® has expanded to over 1,500 locations worldwide, reflecting Lori's dedication to creating inclusive and community-driven fitness experiences.
Beyond her role at MixxedFit®, Lori is a devoted mother of four and actively shares her journey of faith, family, and fitness on social media. Her Instagram profile highlights her commitment to Jesus, her children, and serving others.
Lori's leadership and passion have fostered a global community that emphasizes unity and empowerment through movement. Her personal philosophy, "May the hard things we endure make us more gentle," encapsulates her approach to overcoming challenges with grace and compassion.
