Introducing DRIP: Drip is a 40-minute class that focuses on high-intensity cardio, toning the upper and lower body, and developing core strength. Our mission is to bring people together through fitness while serving our community.
This isn’t your average workout. Drip was created because there was a need for cross-training. To challenge our community to build their strength by intentionally targeting upper and lower body, and core.
The benefits of building strength and muscle as we age are limitless. Whether you are young, or one of our older family, your body will thank you for helping yourself, and your community get stronger every session. DRIP can be taught in 1:1 sessions at your chosen location, or in a full class in your favorite gym or studio. You can teach DRIP everywhere!
